Tokyo's friendliest drinking club with a running problem
Beer. Running. Good people. In that order, or simultaneously — depends on the event.
Who we are
We are a social club that happens to run. The point is not the distance — it's the people you meet along the way, and the cold beer you share with them halfway through.
Each event has its own format. Sometimes it's drink a beer, run a lap, repeat. Sometimes it's a beer orienteering race across Tokyo, finding checkpoints with a pint waiting at each one. Always something different. Always fun.
No competitive spirit required. No minimum pace. Just a willingness to move your legs a bit and enjoy a drink with good company afterward — or during.
Don't miss it
The format is simple: drink a beer, run a lap, drink another beer, run another lap — then settle in for more beers and good company. Equal parts sport and social. You set your own pace. The beer sets the tone.
What to bring
Running gear you don't mind getting slightly ridiculous in — and 6 beers. That's your ticket, your fuel, and your finish line all in one.
Coming in June
Navigate Tokyo with a map, find the checkpoints, collect your beers. Part treasure hunt, part pub crawl, entirely ridiculous — in the best possible way. Details coming soon.
Simple as it gets
No registration fees, no kit requirements. Just come as you are. We meet, we say hello, we get a beer in hand.
Every event starts — and is punctuated — with beer. It's not a reward at the end. It's woven into the whole thing.
We move between beers. Could be laps around a park, could be a navigation challenge across the city. Either way, it's manageable.
The real point of all of it. Good people, good conversation, and enough shared absurdity to bond over for years.
We've been busy
Where we've been, what we've done, and how many beers were involved. Spoiler: always more than planned.
A group of unsuspecting souls gathered at the Olympic Tower, ran some laps, drank some beers — and got introduced to surströmming. Not everyone was ready. Everyone came back for more.
The moment the concept became real. Beer handed off mid-stride. No stopping. No spilling. Full commitment.
This is what it looks like when the beer station appears at lap two. Pure, unfiltered joy.
